1. Times Square

2. Manhattan Skyline 

The beautiful skyline of Manhattan can be recognized by just about anyone. The Empire State, Central park, and the narrow island of Manhattan are a sure giveaway. The skyline can be seen beautifully from across the river or from the view points at the top of the Empire State Building (which is the tallest viewpoint – but the view is without the Empire State itself) or GE Building – 30 Rockefeller Plaza (not as high as the Empire State, but you get to see the entire skyline including the main feature)

3. Statue of Liberty 

Located on Liberty Island in Manhattan, the statue was dedicated on October 28, 1886 as a gift to the United States from the people of France. It was given to celebrate the 100 years anniversary of the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence. The statue is an icon of freedom and of the United States: a welcoming signal to immigrants arriving from abroad. It is certainly one of the most famous statues in the world

5. Brooklyn Bridge 

Completed in 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge is one of the most famous bridges in the world and one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. it connects Manhattan and Brooklyn by spanning the East River. It has a main span of 1,595.5 feet (486.3 m) which made it longest suspension bridge in the world from its opening until 1903. It has become one of the icons on New York from it’s opening day and today still one of the city’s attractions for tourists is to walk the 5,989 feet (1825 m) of the bridge from end to end and back, while taking pictures of the beautiful bridge with the skyline of Manhattan
